Donna D. Pipho, DDS

Dr. Donna Pipho was born in Sumner, Iowa, where she graduated from Sumner High School.  After graduation, Donna attended the University of Northern Iowa where she received a Biology Major.  She was undecided what she should do with her Biology Degree until a friend of hers mentioned he was going to Dental School so, Donna decided to look into Dentistry as a career choice. Donna attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, later graduating in 1978.

It was the year, 1978 that Dr. Pipho opened up her practice in La Porte City, Iowa, where she remains today. Donna’s son,
Robert, joined her in 2008 and together they formed Pipho Family Dentistry.

Donna has practiced Dentistry for 41 years in La Porte City and has decided to retire at the end of June.The La Porte City Economic Development Commission presented Pipho Family Dentistry with The Business of the Year award earlier this June. 

During Donna’s free time she loves to spend time with her family, read and attend her grandchildren’s events.  After retirement, Donna would like to do some traveling and spend more time with her ten grandchildren.

Donna and her husband Greg, have three children; Katy (Neal) Keegan, Robert (Lindsay) Pipho, and Matt (Sophia) Pipho. They also have 10 grandchildren; Charlie, Ellie, Fletcher, Finley, Paige, Dane, Drew, Dylan, Baylor, Cecelia, and Georgia.
